About Mindy

I’m an ICF-certified executive and career transition coach who helps leaders, founders, and creatives find greater clarity, meaning, and authenticity in their work and leadership.

Prior to becoming a coach, I spent 17 years in the corporate world—13 of those at Amazon, where I witnessed its growth from an early-stage startup to one of the world’s most valuable companies. During my time there, I led businesses with P&Ls of up to $1B, managed strategic partnerships worth hundreds of millions, and built and led cross-functional teams across buying, product, marketing, and operations. In my final role, I designed coaching and leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.

Today, I work with individuals navigating complexity, growth, or reinvention—whether they are leading through change, taking on new responsibilities, or questioning what success really means at this stage of their journey.

Why I Do This Work

While my career was thriving externally, over time I realized it wasn’t the work I was truly meant to do. I felt called toward something deeper—work that honored not just achievement, but alignment, purpose, and personal truth.

I’m endlessly curious about people and their stories, and I believe meaningful leadership—and meaningful living—begins with reconnecting to what matters most. My coaching approach is grounded, intuitive, and conversational. I ask real questions, get to the heart of things quickly, and create space for clients to surface insights that have often been waiting just below the surface.

As an ICF-certified coach and accredited Enneagram practitioner, I bring both structure and soul to every conversation. Clients work with me when they’re ready to lead and live with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.

This is a year-long immersive journey for leaders, founders, and creatives who are no longer willing to live on autopilot. It's designed for those ready to confront old patterns, reclaim their truth, and reimagine what's possible—from the inside out.

Every two weeks, we meet for immersive 90–120 minute sessions, with space for connection and support in between. This is not surface-level coaching. It's a high-integrity container for deep inner work, lasting change, and personal evolution.
