I'm a Los Angeles based executive coach, strategist, and former operator who spent nearly a decade in leadership at Amazon, followed by C-level roles (CEO, COO, and President) at multiple venture-backed startups—some of which were acquired by Pandora, Eventbrite, and Five Below.
I've built businesses, led teams, and scaled systems—while experiencing firsthand when success outpaces alignment. Today, I work with high-performing leaders ready for something deeper: more clarity, presence, and a more human way to lead. Why I Do This Work
